একটু খেয়াল করলেই বুঝবেন হঠাৎ করেই বুকের ভেতরটা ধড়ফড় করে। এ সমস্যাটি বিশেষ করে নারীদের মধ্যে বেশি দেখা যায়। বুক ধড়ফড় করলে সবাই ভয় পেয়ে যান।

আবার অনেকে মনে করেন ভয় পেলেই এমনটা হয়। তবে সঠিক কারণটা ঠিক বুঝতেও পারছেন না। বুক ধড়ফড় করা মানেই কিছু রোগের লক্ষণ। কিন্তু সবসময় যে জটিল কোনো রোগের কারণে বুক ধড়ফড় করে তা নয়। বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই সাধারণ কিছু কারণে বুক ধড়ফড় হয়। চলুন জেনে নেয়া যাক সেই কারণগুলো-

> বুক ধড়ফড় করার সবচেয়ে প্রধান কারণ দুঃশ্চিন্তা।

> রক্তস্বল্পতা থাকলেও বুক ধড়ফড় করে।

> অনেক সময় গর্ভাবস্থায় এ সমস্যা দেখা দিতে পারে।

> থাইরোটক্সিকোসিস বা দেহে অতিরিক্ত থাইরয়েড হরমোন তৈরির জন্য সৃষ্ট স্বাস্থ্য সমস্যা থাকলে বুক ধড়ফড় করে।

> হৃৎপিণ্ডে ভাল্ব থাকে এবং ভাল্বগুলো একমুখী রক্ত প্রবাহ নিশ্চিত করে। এই ভাল্বে সমস্যার কারণেও বুক ধড়ফড় করে।

> হৃৎপিণ্ডের বিভিন্ন জটিল রোগ থাকলে বুক ধড়ফড় করতে দেখা যায়।

> এছাড়া হৃৎপিণ্ডের অলিন্দ এবং নিলয়ে যদি অতিরিক্ত সংকোচন হয় তবে মাঝে মাঝে খুব অল্প সময়ের জন্য বুক ধড়ফড় হতে পারে। যারা অ্যালকোহল গ্রহণ করেন এবং ধূমপান করেন তাদের এমন বেশি হয়।

> অতিরিক্ত মানসিক চাপে ভুগলেও হৃৎপিণ্ডের অতিরিক্ত সংকোচন হয় এবং এতে বুক ধড়ফড় হতে পারে। তবে বেশি সমস্যা মনে করলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিতে পারেন।

বুক ধড়ফড়-এর পেছনে ঠিক কি কারণ লুকিয়ে আছে তা অভিজ্ঞ চিকিত্সক সহজেই বের করতে পারেন। একজন দক্ষ চিকিত্সক রোগীর ইতিহাস জেনে এবং শারীরিক পরীক্ষা করে উপরোক্ত রোগগুলো নির্ণয় করতে পারেন। তবে অনেক সময় নিশ্চিত হবার জন্য এক্সরে, ইসিজি, ইকো-কার্ডিওগ্রাম, এনজিওগ্রাম, ইটিটি টেস্ট এবং রক্তের কিছু পরীক্ষা করার দরকার হয়।

বুক ধড়ফড় বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই বড় কোনো কারনে হয় না। তাই ঘাবড়ানোর কিছু নেই। তবে যেহেতু হৃত্পিন্ডের জটিল কিছু রোগের কারণে এমনটি হতে পারে, তাই বুক ধড়ফড় করলে অবহেলা করা উচিত নয়। দ্রুত একজন হৃদরোগ বিশেষজ্ঞকে দেখানো উচিত এবং কারণ খুঁজে চিকিত্সা করা উচিত। তা না হলে অকালেই ঝরে যেতে পারে অমূল্য প্রাণ।

গর্ভের সন্তান ছেলে না মেয়ে এ নিয়ে গর্ভবতী মা, পরিবারের সদস্য, আত্মীয়-স্বজন,  সবারই কৌতূহলের শেষ নেই। গর্ভে সন্তান আসার কয়েক মাস পর থেকেই বাড়তে থাকে এই কৌতূহল। আগে এই বিষয়টি খুব একটা বুঝতে না পারলেও এখন এই বিষয়টা অনেকটাই খোলামেলা।

অনেক সময় মা-খালা বা দাদি-নানিরা গর্ভবতী মায়ের কিছু লক্ষণ দেখে গর্ভের সন্তান ছেলে না মেয়ে, তা বলার চেষ্টা করেন। গর্ভের সন্তান ছেলে না মেয়ে, তা জানার জন্য আজকাল বিভিন্ন বৈজ্ঞানিক পদ্ধতি আবিষ্কার হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে আলট্রাসনোগ্রাফি একটি পদ্ধতি। এ পদ্ধতিটি খুবই সহজ এবং এর কোনো ক্ষতিকর দিক নেই। আলট্রাসনোগ্রাফি করাতে এসে চিকিৎসকের কাছে প্রায় সব নারী বা দম্পতিই জানতে চান  গর্ভের সন্তান ছেলে না মেয়ে।

আলট্রাসনোগ্রাফি করে গর্ভের সন্তান ছেলে না মেয়ে, তা দেখা যায়। গর্ভাবস্থার ২০-২২ সপ্তাহ থেকেই তা প্রায় সঠিকভাবে বলে দেয়া যায়।

গর্ভের সন্তান ছেলে নাকি মেয়ে, সেটা জানা যাবে গর্ভবতী মহিলার রক্তচাপ থেকেই! হ্যাঁ, এমনটাই জানাচ্ছেন ভারতীয় বংশোদ্ভূত কানাডার গবেষক রবি রত্নাকরণ। কানাডার মাউন্ট সিনাই হাসপাতালের এই চিকিৎসক জানিয়েছেন, যদি গর্ভবতী মহিলার রক্তচাপ প্রসবের আগে কম থাকে, তাহলে সাধারণত, সেই মহিলা কন্যা সন্তান প্রসব করেন। আর মহিলার রক্তচাপ যদি বেশি থাকে, তাহলে পুত্র সন্তানের জন্ম হয়।

২০০৯ সাল থেকে চীনের লুইয়াং শহরে গত সাত বছর ধরে ৩৩৭৫ জন গর্ভবতী মহিলার ওপর পরীক্ষা করেছে এই গবেষক দল। তার মধ্যে ১ হাজার ৬৯২ জনের রক্তচাপ, কোলেস্টেরল, ট্রাইগ্লিসারাইড এবং গ্লুকোজের মূল্যায়ন করা হয়। তাদের মধ্যে ৭৩৯ জনের ছেলে ও ৬২৭ জনের মেয়ে হয়। দীর্ঘ পর্যবেক্ষণের পরই গবেষক দল এই সিদ্ধান্তে পৌঁছেছেন।

চিকিৎসক রবি রত্নাকরণ বলেছেন, ‘গর্ভবতী মহিলার প্রসবের আগের রক্তচাপের ওঠানামা অনেককিছুই নির্দেশ করে। আমরা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে পরীক্ষা করে দেখেছি যে, যদি প্রসবের আগে গর্ভবতী মহিলার রক্তচাপ বেশ কমে যায়, তাহলে তিনি কন্যা সন্তানের জন্ম দিচ্ছেন। আর যার রক্তচাপ অনেকটা বেড়ে যায়, তাহলে তিনি পুত্র সন্তানের জন্ম দিচ্ছেন।’

But if you are in the mountains, you have to pay taxes to them. You have to pay your house tax. If you have land, you have to pay tax on it. If you cultivate that land again, you will have to pay tax for it.

Bengalis have to pay land tax twice a year. Do transport business? You have to pay tax on the car and every invoice. Drug companies have to pay taxes there.

The tribesmen there do not come to the police station to give justice. Then they will be punished for ‘going to the settlers’. He can only come if he is allowed to go to the police station. You will be killed even if you do not pay their dues.

These hill terrorists do not want roads there. Let there be development, let there be people. Do you think the environment will be ruined by opposing it? Those who cut down trees, burn down mountains, do they care about the environment? Nothing like that.

If there is tourism in the mountains, if there is development, the common people will benefit. But it will reduce the influence of terrorists, violence. Naturally terrorists don’t want it. They also carried out genocide on our Rakhine.

They came to this country to save their lives. In the same way, many groups go deep. That’s where he started living. Two: Bandit. We have read in books that they are pirates. They robbed like water, they robbed on land, they looted. They would go into the deepest mountains with the stolen goods. Loot items were hidden here. The rulers could no longer find them. However, there is no problem that they have now become indigenous. They are becoming Christians in groups, but there is no problem. The problem is – if you are a Muslim.

Whatever you are in the mountains, you cannot be a Muslim. When done, you will be killed. You will be found and killed if you flee to the city. They have that amount of money and resources. But they do not go along with Christians. This is because their ultimate goal is to establish a separate country called Jummaland. In that case, the support that the international community needs, if Christians are killed, they will not get it. And they don’t see Christians as a problem. Their problem is Bengalis and Muslims.

Even a Bengali child growing up in the mountains knows how much power they have there For this reason, even if a Chakma boy slaps him, he does not protest. Even if he ever goes to judge his father, his father teaches him to be quiet. There will be little opposition to them, but it will be impossible to survive. If you are a Muslim you will be killed, no problem.

There won’t be much of a protest. But if it is spread that you have become a Muslim, the whole of Dhaka will shout ‘hill culture is being destroyed’. The capital of Bangladesh is Dhaka. After becoming a Christian, however, the hill culture remains green. The hill terrorists are no longer called peacekeepers, they have now changed their names. The strongest of them is Santu Larma’s JSS.

At the same time, they get the favor of Dhaka, they are the state guests and they carry out extortion and murder in the hills without any hindrance. One morning on May 30, 1974, a village of more than 400 people was wiped out in an overnight massacre of unarmed Bengalis. Bengalis were slaughtered for a long time. Was shot. Probably in 2015, a businessman was shot in the head at noon in Matiranga market for not paying Rs 2 lakh.

Then I was there. The army was deployed there for the security of the common hill people and the Bengalis. The mountains were a bit quiet. Although army members were also almost killed. 7 Bengalis killed and 25 injured in a surprise attack. April 29, 1974: Massacre at a Bengali settlement in Matiranga, Khagrachhari. No actual casualty figures were found.

8. 31 May 1984, Barkal: Attack on a Bengali settlement in broad daylight, 7 people were shot dead, 33 injured and 18 abducted 264 houses burnt to ashes. July 19, 1986: An army member was killed and six others were injured in Khagrachhari.

9. 22 July 196, Dighinala: 24 Bengalis killed, 32 abducted in armed attack. August 8, 1982: Two Ansar members are abducted and killed. June 21, 1966: Ambush, army members Abdur Razzak, Ismail Hossain and Mohanlal were killed near Naraichhari.

10. 24 November 1966: Two army members were shot dead in Shilchhari. April 17, 1989, Bashkhali: 15 people were killed in a hill-Bengali clash. January 26, 1989: Abul Hossain, Bazal Ahmed and Mahbubul Alam are abducted and killed.

11. 4 May 1989, Langadu: 15 Bengalis killed in a surprise attack. April 17, 1990, Naikhyangchhari and Balipara: 19 Bengalis were shot dead. In the same year, 11 army personnel were abducted and killed in Thanchi. January 10, 1992, Khiram: Attack on Khiram forest office, killing 8 employees.

13. 9 September 1996, Pakuakhali (Rangamati): 35 Bengali woodcutters were killed in a brutal attack. They call our army olive terrorists. Bengalis are called settlers. Even if a tribe converts to Islam, they call him a settler.

Innocent people die in the mountains, traitorous terrorists are the chief guests at state events. We just serve them without realizing it. Don’t just go for a walk in the mountains, don’t believe what the civilians say. Keep inquiring about the mountains. Or you may need a visa to visit the mountains at some point.
